I acknowledge that I reviewed the copy of the Company’s Tuition Reimbursement policy and that I have read it, understand it, and agree to comply with it’s terms. I understand that Clear Air Enviro-Services has the maximum discretion permitted by law to interpret, administer, change, modify, or terminate this policy at any time without notice and that no statement or representation by a supervisor, manager, or any other employee, whether oral or written, can supplement or modify the policy. Changes can only be made if approved in writing by the President of the Company. I also understand that any delay or failure by Clear Air Enviro-Services to enforce any work policy or rule will not constitute a waiver of Clear Air Enviro-Services right to do so in the future. I understand that neither this policy or any other communication by a management representative or any other employee, whether oral or written, is intended in any way to create a contract of employment. I understand that unless I have a written employment agreement signed by an authorized Clear Air Enviro-Services representative, I am employed at will and this policy does not modify my at-will employment status. If I have a written employment agreement signed by an authorized Clear Air Enviro-Services representative and this policy conflicts with the terms of my employment agreement, I understand that the terms of my employment will control.

I acknowledge that Clear Air Enviro-Services and its legal counsel have not made any representations to me regarding the tax consequences of any payments or amounts received by myself under this policy. I agree to indemnify Clear Air Enviro-Services against the payment of any taxes, interest, penalties, and other liabilities or costs that may be assessed upon Clear Air Enviro-Services for the reimbursement payments I have received under this.

I understand and agree that in accordance with the Tuition Reimbursement policy, I must remain employed with Clear Air Enviro-Services for the appropriate duration specified in the policy or I will be responsible for paying back all tuition reimbursement received.

This agreement will constitute my written authorization allowing Clear Air Enviro-Services to deduct the cost of reimbursement from my wages, bonus payments, or any other compensation owed to me in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 91A.5(1)(b).
